I love Cleveland County! I grew up in a real estate family here in Shelby. My mother is Jeri Horn, who owned Coldwell Banker Horn and Associates until her retirement in 2006. She has taught me so much about our community and what people really want in a real estate agent. I graduated from NC State in 1991 with a degree in Environmental Science and Natural Resource Management. I moved back to Shelby to develop and build Charlie Horse Farm. An equine competition training and boarding facility. I trained horses and riders at all levels, from beginners to Olympic quality horses. I enjoyed helping them develop and reach their goals in dressage, cross country jumping and show jumping. Key to my success was matching good horses with good riders.
